Terms of Use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This website is operated by REM VISION LLC, doing business as APEX FUNDING ("Apex Funding," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nature of the service
This website is an independent marketing and lead generation service. We are not the IRS, a government agency, a law firm, or a tax resolution company. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Submitting the evaluation form connects you with licensed third-party tax resolution providers who may contact you about their services. We are compensated by the providers we connect you with; this compensation may influence which provider your request is routed to.
No guarantee of outcome
Eligibility for any tax relief program is determined solely by the IRS or the applicable state tax authority based on your individual circumstances. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of debt reduction, penalty abatement, or acceptance into any program.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information in the evaluation form. Providers rely on the details you submit to assess which options may apply to you.
Limitation of liability
This website and its operators are not responsible for the services provided by third-party tax resolution providers. Your engagement with any provider is governed by that provider's own terms and agreements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the submission of your information, or any calls, text messages, or emails you receive as a result of submitting the evaluation form — including any claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar state telemarketing laws — shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing info@ap-funding.com within 30 days of first using this website, stating your name, contact information, and that you opt out of arbitration.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
